梁伙德師傅

梁伙德師傅於鏞記服務超逾四十年,擁有豐富的入廚經驗。期間跟隨過鏞記多名已故南粵派廚部大師傅,加上天資敏悟,盡得真傳,掌握正宗粵菜烹調中的奧秘。梁師傅曾多次夥同廚房團隊代表鏞記參與多次本地及海外美食大賽,獲獎無數,功不可沒。梁師傅更與公司領導層共同構思創製了多個家傳戶曉美餚,列舉如「射雕英雄宴 」、「塘西風月宴 」等等。


傳古韻味海中鱻

以50及60年代粵菜為骨架,其中包括冷盤、熱碟、燉、湯、炸、炆、蒸、炒及甜品等,帶出舊例、傳統風味的粵菜為大前提,綜合並濃縮當年傳統粵菜於本餐單中呈現出來。所有菜式均為手工菜,還有昔日流行的食制及懷舊醬汁,均以鄉間風味製作並排列出來。

Confirmed bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled and resold.
For no-show on the booking day, all payment will be forfeited.

A non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation, but one time date change (within the programme period) is allowed 48 hours in advance prior to reservation date.
