邵德龍師傅

著名總廚邵德龍師傅,超過40年烹調廣東、四川及上海菜的豐富經驗,先後進駐世界各地不同酒店,包括5星級印度泰姬陵酒店 Taj Mahal Hotel、沙地亞拉伯的Sands Hotel、馬尼拉阿洛哈酒店、新加坡瑞吉酒店、澳門新葡京酒店,以及香港及中國各地餐廳及酒店。邵德龍師傅最近更憑藉他於中菜掌勺的豐富經驗,為香港賽馬會擔任行政總廚,完美地為他的烹飪之旅揭開新序幕,並於紅棉繼續施展他的獨特中菜魔力。


紅棉 • 傳味棉棉

中環美利酒店高級中菜食府「紅棉」,今年11月再次聯同「香港美酒佳餚巡禮」推出由星級主廚邵德龍師傅「大師發辦」所設計的中式廚師發辦菜單《紅棉 • 傳味棉棉》,由前菜到甜品一共8道菜,用料當時得令,除了能品嚐邵師傅特色招牌川菜,更有乘今次主題「傳統 • 傳承」以傳統菜改良而成的「珊瑚燴黃花魚獅子頭」以及「萬字東坡肉」。令賓客每一口也能棉棉細味著傳統的味道。
