Chef Leung Fo Tak
Chef Leung Fo Tak has been serving Yung Kee for over 40 years and has extensive culinary experience. Chef Leung acquired and mastered almost extinct skills from several Yung Kee’s master chefs who were experts in classic southern Guangdong cuisine. On behalf of Yung Kee, Chef Leung together with the kitchen crew has participated in many local and overseas cooking competitions and won numerous awards. Moreover, he was one of the Yung Kee’s core teammates to create a few renowned degustation menus, such as The Legend of the Condor Heroes Banquet, Loscious Temptation Feast and so on.
Nostalgic DegustationInspired by the Cantonese cuisine in the 1950s and 1960s, including cold dish, hot dish, stew, soup, fried, stew, steamed, stir-fried and dessert, bringing out the authentic Cantonese dishes. All dishes are handmade, as well as the nostalgic sauces from the past, all made and arranged in a authentic style.
Confirmed bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled and resold.
For no-show on the booking day, all payment will be forfeited.
Dish photo is for reference only. Restaurant will have the right to change the dishes or ingredients according to the supply of ingredients on the day.

A non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation, but one time date change (within the programme period) is allowed 48 hours in advance prior to reservation date.
