Boasting over 20 years of experience and a passion for culinary perfection, Chef Edwin Tang specializes in turning the freshest ingredients into time-honored dishes as well as creative interpretations of authentic Cantonese cuisine served with a modern twist and a personal touch that elevates the dining experience for discerning diners at The Mira Hong Kong. Chef Edwin Tang has patiently worked his way up the culinary ladder with tenure at The Mira’s Chinese restaurant before joining Mandarin Oriental's Man Wah for over a year back in 2015. Starting from May 2016, he has returned to Cuisine Cuisine to take over the lead of a team of talented and dedicated chefs. Chef Tang’s skills are impeccable and his culinary technique is flawless, as proven by the latest recognition of Tang’s culinary flair and efforts to pursue excellence at The Mira’s upscale Chinese restaurant.
