The culinary team presents some traditional nostalgic dishes in a different modern way in this menu. Such as Xiao Long Bao, the chef specially adds abalone and pickled cabbage, the new combination will impress you. For the Marble Goby, the chef mixes 20 years tangerine peel and osmanthus with red wine sauce. The reinterpreted fish-flavored tiger prawn featured Tai O local famous - whitebait and plum-flavored salted fish to delight your taste buds. Wine pairing is included in this menu.
