Chef Saito Chau

With over 24-year experience, Chef Chau is one of the rising stars in the Chinese Culinary industry. Graduated in the renowned Master Chef Course of The Chinese Culinary Institute in 2016, his culinary expertise is widely recognised, bringing him many teaching and consulting opportunities. Inspired by his grandmother who was a private chef, Chef Chau’s culinary adventure started at his early age. Ever since Chef Chau entered the kitchen at 15 years of age, his enthusiasm and hard work have rewarded him to be promoted as the Head Chef of a restaurant at age 20. His repertoire includes being the Executive Chef in some red hot restaurants like John Anthony, Dim Sum Library and Hutong. Keen to learn with substantial skill set and bold innovation, Chef Chau creates his own unique style and philosophy in Chinese Cuisine. He rooted his motto, “Never stop learning and breaking rules” throughout his cooking career. Being a young and energetic chef, Chow capitalises on his extensive cooking experience in Chinese cuisines and inimitable sense in aesthetics to craft his own authentic, genuine yet unconventional creations which are in favour with local epicureans.

Degustation Menu

The “Flavors of Life” Degustation Menu presented by Chef Chau will showcase the CHINESOLOGY’s adaptation of innovative techniques and its philosophy while inheriting Chinese culinary essence. Guests could expect a brand new modern Chinese dining surprise in this menu. To elevate the culinary experience, guests could choose to order the Chinese cocktails specially designed by Chef Chau and Chinesology’s Bar Manager Fan Tsang for pairing with this menu.
